Puddle Ducks Baby Wrap
Our very own Puddle Ducks Baby Wrap wetsuit is the perfect solution for wriggly babies and toddlers. Made from 2mm thick neoprene to provide the best core body warmth, it leaves legs and arms free to kick and splash without restriction, so babies can enjoy the feeling of the water around them, without feeling the cold.
The Baby Wrap opens completely flat so dressing and undressing is simple. Lay your baby down on top of the open wrap and fold the sides up around them, using the strong Velcro style fastenings to keep it tight around their body. These fastenings mean that the Baby Wrap is fully adjustable so it will fit for several months.
Not only will the neoprene provide warmth whilst in the water, but it also offers a non-slip base for you to safely hold your baby in and out of the water.
Size Guide:
Small (0-6 months): Chest – 45 to 48cm, Hips to Crotch – 38 to 41cm
Medium (6-18 months): Chest – 49 to 53cm, Hips to Crotch – 42 to 45cm.
Puddle Ducks Swim Nappy
Our Puddle Ducks swim nappy is perfect for your little one when they attend our swim classes. Made exclusively for us by Splash About, it's unique 3d shape is the very best way to prevent any accidents in the pool. To comply with our double nappy policy it must be worn over one of our environmentally friendly Eco Swim NappyWrap & Liners or a disposable swim nappy. Made from 1mm supple, stretchy neoprene (like a wetsuit) and finished with super soft, snug fitting, deep bands of fabric at the legs and waist it is comfortable yet ensures all 'little accidents' stay inside the nappy!
Size Guide:
Small - 0/3 months approx., 34-41cm waist, 17-22cm thigh circ. Medium - 3/6 months approx., 37-44cm waist, 19-24cm thigh circ. Large - 6/12 months approx., 40-47cm waist, 20-26cm thigh circ. XL - 1/2 years approx., 42-50cm waist, 22-31 thigh circ. XXL - 2/3 years, 44-52cm waist, 26-33cm thigh circ.
Eco Friendly Wrap & Liners
This soft white cotton 'NappyWrap' swim under-nappy and pack of 50 liners are a fantastic alternative to disposable swim nappies. Wear underneath one of our Puddle Ducks Swim Nappies (or a similar approved nappy with snug fitting cuffs at the legs and waist) in order to comply with our 'double nappy' policy. The 'NappyWrap & Liners' system is much cheaper than a standard disposable swim under-nappy and much better for the environment as it creates substantially less rubbish!
How to use: Place one of the liners, folded to fit, on your opened 'NappyWrap'. Place baby on top and wrap the 'NappyWrap' around them and then fasten with the velcro. The velcro doesn’t have to overlap exactly. It should be fastened to be a comfortable fit rather than a tight fit as it is just to make cleaning easier.Pop your neoprene swim nappy on top and you are off! Please note that the 'NappyWrap' should fit below the waistband of the neoprene swim nappy to ensure it does it's job correctly! After use: Remove your neoprene swim nappy and rinse well in cool water. Remove the NappyWrap and then tip any 'accidents' into the toilet and then dispose of the used liner (we don't recommend flushing down the toilet as this can block the drains. Instead please put in a nappy bag and take home or put in a nappy bin if there is one available at the pool). The NappyWrap can be washed in the machine or by hand. Dry away from direct light and heat. If you want to use again immediately just roll in a towel and squeeze.
